Key Responsibilities:

• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with Clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain a fully stocked store.
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
• Provide customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability.
• Oversee the arrangement of window displays, shelves, and counters on a store floor.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database by entering customer profile details.
• Receive and direct the storage of new shipments and large amounts of stock.
• Ensure compliance with established store policies and guidelines.
• Provide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challenges.
• Ensure the working area, including shelves and aisles, is neat and tidy.

Requirements:

• Requirements necessary to cover the job:
• Relevant experience in Fashion Retail.
• Fluency in English.
• Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and friendly personality.
• Deep passion for the Brand.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Must be attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.
