We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate with an established client portfolio and ideally previous luxury or retail experience.

Main activities

• Provide impeccable customer service to our clients and be an exceptional brand ambassador ensuring that every client is treated according to the DOLCE&GABBANA ceremony
• Lead the client experience in order to exceed their expectations while supporting the team by providing, mentoring and ensuring smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as of the DOLCE&GABBANA history and heritage by serving as a role model prioritizing the clients interest and consistently achieving monthly sales targets
• Proactively use clientele tools , ensuring the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Ensure qualitative mentoring and updating (CRM) to build and maintain a proper relationship with our customers and identify potential clients
• Sourcing, maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with DG loyal clients
• Assist in maintenance of the shop floor

Requierements

• Luxury sales experience in a similar brand
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Other languages are of advantage
