JOB PURPOSE

Check incoming and outgoing goods, manage the inventory and needs of the
boutique storeroom.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage stocks and optimise the organisation of the reserve;
• Ensure reception: check the goods by checking the quantity and quality of the
  packages;
• To classify and arrange the goods in an established order in the various stocks
  provided for this purpose;
• Prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms etc. upon authorization from
  the Store Manager;
• Adjusting shop stock levels and daily restocking in collaboration with the
  management and the sales team;
• Comply with all company fire, health, and safety regulations;
• Control all stock movements and related electronic delivery documentation;
• Manage storeroom requirements: boxes, scotch tape, packing; manage store
  requirements: shopping bags, gift wrapping paper and ribbon;
• Maximize warehouse receiving and product shelving; Anticipate storage needs
  before parts are received;
• Prepare, organize and participate in inventories and analysis of results.
